What if food, nourishment, and body healing were actually the key to unlocking your most authentic, vibrant life?

Ten years ago, when I quit the birth control pill and my health went haywire. My energy crashed, my period disappeared, and my skin broke out. With the support of holistic nutrition and herbs, I was able to reclaim balance in my body within 6 months. 

I knew everyone deserved access to this medicine...so I went back to school for holistic nutrition to support other women with their hormones, fertility, and vitality. 

From burnout to balance- I reclaimed my energy, and you can too.

Then came motherhood...and my health fell apart.

I became a mom in 2020, and the newborn days were a blur of sleepless nights. The nonstop needs and energy demands made simple tasks feel impossible—20 minutes of yoga turned into being climbed on, and a 15-minute meal became an hour of cooking and days of cleanup.

I started cutting corners out of desperation—skipping meals to avoid more dishes, relying on takeout, and numbing out with Netflix or endless scrolling.

The more overwhelmed I felt, the more disconnected I became, and the more disconnected I got, the more exhausted I became.

Before long, I was in full-blown survival mode. I was running on empty, guilty for doing too little and defeated by my lack of time and energy. 

So I returned to the nutrition foundations that I already knew, and began learning everything I could about nervous system healing, somatic work, and sacred feminine energy. When I balanced my blood sugar, healed my hormones, and found safety in my nervous system, I finally felt my life-force wake up,

I knew my family deserved the most alive, vibrant version of me.

Motherhood became joyful. It became invigorating instead of draining. I suddenly had the capacity to respond to the demands happening around me. With the sustainable daily routines and rituals that kept me fueled and balanced, I didn't just find myself again.

And the most amazing thing happened...

I became myself.

I get to help other incredible women do the same.

And now...
